CHOOSING ‘THE ONE’
Many of our customers ask us when an avocado is ripe to eat. The best way to tell is to give it a little squeeze – a ripe avocado should yield to firm, gentle pressure, but shouldn’t feel overly soft or mushy.
top tip
To speed up the ripening process, place avocado in a brown paper bag with an apple or banana.
