RIPE FOR THE PICKING
Picking a mango in store can sometimes be tricky. We recommend giving it a gentle squeeze. The skin should give a little when pressed softly. If it feels mushy, the mango is over-ripe. The mango should also have a notably sweet fragrance.
top tip
Throw a mango on the barbie! Slice it up first, then grill each side briefly for a sweet addition to your summer salad.
