GROWING
REGIONS
Southern NSW, Northern VIC, Tasmania
THE PEAR IS RARE
Unlike other fruits, pears ripen from the inside out making them better to pick
when still hard. And this is exactly what our growers do.
TOP TIP
Pick-a-pear: if you want to know when a
pear is ready to eat, gently press the flesh
around the stem. If ripe it will give a little,
and you can go ahead and enjoy.
