BEST TIME TO HARVEST?
Ripe fruit will be yellow with only traces of green on the tips of the ridges. The skin will take on a waxy appearance.
top tip
Star fruit can last for three months in the fridge inside an airtight container. Slice them and place them in a sealed container.
